Return Policy and Procedure
At CAGA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, we provide a hassle free 30 day return process.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Click here to request a FREE Prepaid return label. Please allow 24 hours to receive a return label via email.
- Every returned order is charged a $8 restocking fee. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, you will be charged only 1 restocking fee.
- If multiple orders are being returned, each order will be charged a restocking fee of $8 each.
- Once you receive a label in your email, please print the label and tape to your package. Be sure any original labels are covered or removed. It’s is helpful to include a copy of your packing slip for the convenience of our returns department.
- Please drop the package off at your nearest FedEx Location. It is recommended that you keep a note of the return tracking number on the label.
- PLEASE NOTE- Returns that are received after 30th day from the shipment date will not be accepted. All merchandise received past the 30 day time frame will be sent back to the customer and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. All sale items are part of final sale and not eligible for returns.
- All refunds for returned merchandise can only be issued to the original form of payment.
- All refunds take 2-5 business days to post back to your original method of payment.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
- We highly recommend to ship your return using a service that provides tracking and saving the tracking number for future reference.
- Returns are processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Currently we do not process exchanges.
Terms & Conditions
- We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, and a 50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, as Caga Shoes is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

- Make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original packing slip or a copy of the original packing slip, that you received with your order.
- PLEASE NOTE - If you send us items that are ineligible for return we will not accept them therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
